This is a complimentary service provided to you and our patients. To have a greeting delivered to a patient, fill out the form, once a card is selected, and choose "send message." Your message will be placed on the card of your choice and will be delivered to the patient's room by a volunteer within a day of its receipt, except on weekends and holidays, when it will be held until the next working day.
Please note:
- Our staff prints your greeting and a paper copy is delivered to the patient.
- Your message is not confidential. If the message contains anything deemed inappropriate, your e-mail will be deleted.
- If the patient has been discharged, your email will not be delivered.
