Harvard-trained internist David Kusner, M.D., Ph.D., places a great deal of importance on listening to his patients tell their stories in their own words. He encourages them to ask any questions and goes out of his way to answer them in full. Patient communication continues by phone and written discussion and through follow-up visits. Dr. Kusner is a proud father of four and a gardener, and he loves to grill out and watch all Hawkeye sports.
