Holistic Stress Management
The World Health Organization has declared stress a global epidemic. We can allow ourselves to fall victim to this epidemic, or learn ways of using stress as a challenge and opportunity for spiritual growth. Mercy offers just that opportunity with a Holistic Stress Management series. Classes are taught by Shari Hebl, RN. Shari has been practicing holistic medicine for more than ten years as a Healing Touch Practitioner and Certified Holistic Nurse.

The registration fee is $40 per person for all five classes or $10 per class. For more information or to register, call Mercy On Call at 358-2767 or 1-800-358-2767.
