Mercy Iowa City will hold the following classes for expectant mothers and families in the coming weeks. Pre-registration for all classes is requested. 

Breastfeeding Class: Monday, November 6, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., first floor conference room, Mercy Hospital. Class fee of $15 per mother; no fee for support person.

Breastfeeding and More Group: Thursdays, 12 noon to 2 p.m., in the McAuley room, Mercy Medical Plaza. Weekly group for breastfeeding families. Expectant parents are also welcome. No fee.

Understanding Birth eClass: An online eight-chapter childbirth education program is available at all times. To learn more about this class see www.mercyiowacity.org/birth-eClass or call Mercy On Call. The online class fee is $45.00 and it is available for 120 days.
