When you have completed the orientation, please complete the Orientation Review (below) and press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. A friendly reminder to complete the Health History / Immunization Form that you were given during your interview and return it to the Volunteer Services Manager before your scheduled unit specific training begins.
