If you are a patient and you have a concern or complaint, please speak to your caregiver while you are here. If it is not resolved, please call 319-339-3653 or email Patient-Experience@uiowa.edu.

Hours: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., Monday - Friday. After hours, please contact the Operator at 319-339-0300 and you will be connected with a Housing Operations Director.
