James Milani, MD received his medical education from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery, completed his residency at the Iowa Lutheran Hospital and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

For after hours injury care and drug/alcohol screening, employees can go the Mercy Hospital emergency department and then contact our clinic the next business day.

When making decisions that pertain to evaluating and treating the employee, we also take into consideration our extensive knowledge of the workplace, the job, the employer's needs, and the overall reduction of risk.
