Patients and Visitors

Visiting Hours

12 noon to 8 p.m.
Children under 14 are welcome to visit when accompanied by an adult. In consideration of our patients' health, please limit visitors to a reasonable number. At times of widespread infections or illnesses, visiting restrictions may be put into place.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU):
There are two time periods each day when no visiting is allowed. These are 7 to 9 a.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. At other times, immediate family members may visit for 5-10 minutes out of each hour. No more than two visitors are allowed in the room at one time, and no visitors under the age of 14 are allowed. Visitors should always check with a nurse before entering a patient room. Children may not be left unattended in the ICU waiting room.

Fathers and support persons may visit any time. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and should not visit if they show any signs of illness.

Parents may visit any time and one parent may arrange to spend the night.

Latex balloons cannot be brought into the hospital because they present an allergy risk to some people. Mylar balloons are acceptable.
