Patient Representative Program

If you are a patient and you have a concern or a complaint, please speak to your caregiver. If it is not resolved, please contact Mercy's Patient Advocate Specialist, 319-339-3653 or toll free 1-800-637-2942, ext. 3653.

Hours: A patient advocate can be reached between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours, please contact the Mercy operator by dialing 339-0300 and you will be connected with an assistant director of nursing.
